  Customer service? Sorry, not here. Came to the job site after I have described to him this the layout I have. Have the crew waiting for the concrete ready to go and then he turns around and says " I don't want to do this job" no apologies, remorse, empathy... Just turned around and left us with our shovels in our hands. He may know his stuff but not a person I even like to come across let alone deal with
